Refund Policy

At Social Fest, we’re committed to providing an exceptional experience. Please review our refund policy below for ticket purchases and other transactions related to the event.

 

 

1. General Ticket Refund Policy

 

  • All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for schedule changes, speaker updates, or partial attendance.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by contacting us at least 7 days prior to the event.

 

 

2. Event Postponement or Cancellation

 

  • In the rare case that Social Fest is canceled in its entirety, we will offer:

     

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to roll over your ticket to the rescheduled event.

  • If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date.

 

 

3. Force Majeure

 

  • Social Fest is not responsible for refunds or damages due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, a reschedule or credit toward a future event may be offered at our discretion.

 

 

4. Merchandise & Sponsorship

 

  • Merchandise and exhibitor/sponsorship fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • If an error occurs in merchandise delivery or fulfillment, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue.
