We want you to love what you ordered. Here is how we handle it if something is not right.

Eligibility Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items and limited edition event pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return Email us at contact@social-fest.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 to 3 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return your original order and place a new one.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at [store email] within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

Lost or Stolen Packages Social Fest is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at [store email] and we will do our best to assist.
